How to determine your Floral Budget?

Wouldn't it be wonderful if you could calculate your wedding flower budget using a magic formula? There are several internet sites that claim there is. They'll pay you a percentage and send you on your way. I'm here to advise you that you should disregard that advice.

  1. Consider how important flowers are to you on your wedding day. This is a question you should ask anybody who is paying (or assisting you in paying) for your wedding. After that, rank flowers with the other things on your checklist, such as photographer, food, DJ/Band, drink, and so forth. This will assist you in determining your wedding flower budget in relation to the other things you will need.
  2. Get quotes from the vendors at the top of your list first, and don't hire suppliers until you've established the true prices of your top three things, if possible. You'll have a more comprehensive view before making choices this way. We hear all too frequently that couples put off getting flowers because they wanted to spend their money on other things first, only to be disappointed when they had to cut important floral pieces.
  3. The number of guests is important. Remember that the more people you have, the more tables you'll need to adorn, and therefore the more flowers you'll need. TIP FOR SAVING MONEY: Decorating rectangle tables is more costly than decorating circular tables. If you want to save money on flowers, go with all round tables.
  4. Consider a King's Table for your family or wedding party if you need a large table. Flower place in Pittsburgh can help you make floral arrangement better. Do you aspire to create a floral “installation”?
